BWC is seeking a SAP Plant Maintenance Expert Service for a client in Brussels, Belgium. This is a full-time permanent contract with BWC; freelance candidates can also apply.

The role is Hybrid (50% onsite, 50% teleworking in Belgium) with English mandatory and proficiency in Dutch, French, or German. 2–5 years SAP PM experience in S/4HANA, SAP Fiori, and SAP BTP knowledge are essential.

Responsabilidades

• Analyze requirements and advise the Product Owner and Analysts on solution options.
• Support developers with technical analysis, debugging, data flow, and interface analysis.
• Monitor integration scenarios involving APIs and non-SAP systems.
• Contribute to design and development of SAP Fiori applications on SAP BTP.
• Bridge gaps between Business Analysts and developers with clear context.
• Document functional and technical perspectives of implemented solutions.

BWC is looking for a SAP Plant Maintenance Expert Service for its client in Brussels, Belgium. It's a full-time permanent contract with BWC. Freelance can also apply.

Job Type

Hybrid :- 50% Onsite + 50% Teleworking in Belgium.

• Language: Fluency in English is mandatory, along with proficiency in at least one of the following languages: Dutch, French, or German.
• Experience: 2-5 years of relevant experience as an SAP PM Consultant in an SAP S/4HANA environment.
• Knowledge of SAP PM standard functionality and customization, ideally including Work Management, Asset Management, and Notification Management.
• Experience with or a strong interest in SAP Fiori and SAP BTP (mandatory).
• Strong technical affinity and willingness to explore technical topics, including basic ABAP understanding, code reading, and debugging.
• Knowledge of OData services, CDS views, interfaces/APIs, and integration monitoring.
• Ability to maintain and support SAP PM solutions within the Assets ETB product team.
• Ability to analyze requirements and advise the Product Owner, Business Analysts, and Functional Analysts on solution options and implementation approaches.
• Ability to handle new requirements independently, from analysis and functional and technical-oriented specifications through testing and handover to Business Analysts.
• Ability to support developers with technical analysis, debugging, data flow and interface analysis, and root-cause investigation of incidents.
• Experience analyzing and supporting integration scenarios involving APIs, non-SAP systems, mobile applications, and field service solutions.
• Ability to contribute to the design and further development of SAP Fiori applications on SAP BTP.
• Ability to monitor application health through workflow logs, short dumps, application logs, and interface monitoring.
• Ability to document solutions from both functional and technical perspectives.
• Openness to integration-heavy topics and curiosity to understand end-to-end solutions.
• Ability to bridge the gap between Business Analysts and developers by providing clear context and hands-on support.
• Experience with SAP MM and/or SAP mobile and field service solutions, such as SAP Service and Asset Manager, is preferable.
• Excellent analytical skills.
• Good functional documentation skills.
• Strong team spirit and ability to collaborate within a SCRUM/Agile product team.
• Interest in technology and market trends to help keep solutions up to date.
