Job summary

Keystone Solutions seeks an SAP FS-CM Consultant/Developer for a client-site mission in Belgium. The role covers end-to-end design, configuration, development, and support of SAP Claims Management, with hybrid work arrangements.

You will implement FS-CM configurations, develop ABAP enhancements, and ensure regulatory compliance while coordinating with FS-CD, FS-PM, and GL interfaces. Excellent communication and hands-on ABAP skills are required.

Qualifications

• Expert knowledge of SAP FS-CM architecture: header, item, participant, and desktop components.
• Proficiency configuring Claim Process Model and Coverage Determination.
• Deep understanding of Payments and Reserves.
• Advanced ABAP programming skills.
• Experience with FS-CM development objects (e.g., custom events, enhancements).
• Proficiency in debugging and performance analysis.
• Familiarity with SAP FS-CM data models.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business requirements from Claims stakeholders and translate into FS-CM solutions.
• Configure and customize FS-CM components across the system.
• Develop ABAP/OO programs for custom Claims requirements.
• Extend FS-CM components using BAdIs, User Exits, and enhancements.
• Develop interfaces via Web Services or APIs for data exchange with external systems.
• Perform unit, integration, and UAT testing; provide training and documentation.
• Support upgrades, patches, and performance optimization within FS-CM.
