Job summary

OneSource Consulting is seeking an experienced SAP FS-CM Functional Consultant / Developer to design and implement claims management solutions. You will configure core FS-CM components, model claim processes, and manage key integrations with FS-PM and FS-CD, while developing ABAP programs, BAdIs, and user exits.

The role requires hands-on ABAP development, strong FS-CM architecture knowledge, and the ability to work across cross-functional teams to deliver robust, quality solutions for insurance

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in SAP FS-CM implementations.
• Strong knowledge of FS-CM architecture and components.
• Experience with FS-PM and FS-CD integrations.
• Hands-on ABAP development and debugging skills.

Responsibilities

We are looking for an experienced SAP FS-CM Functional Consultant / Developer with strong expertise in SAP Claims Management, functional configuration, and ABAP development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze business requirements and implement SAP FS-CM solutions for claims management.
• Configure core FS-CM components, including Claim Process Model, Coverage Determination, Reserve Management, Payments, and Subrogation/Recovery.
• Manage integrations with SAP FS-PM, SAP FS-CD, and SAP FI/CO.
• Develop and customize ABAP / ABAP OO programs, BAdIs, User Exits, and enhancement points.
• Prepare functional specifications for reports, interfaces, conversions, enhancements, and forms (RICEF).
• Develop interfaces using Web Services and APIs.
• Perform debugging, unit testing, integration testing, and UAT.
• Support system upgrades, performance optimization, and technical troubleshooting.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Minimum 3 years of hands‑on experience in SAP FS-CM implementation and support.
• Strong functional and technical knowledge of SAP FS-CM architecture.
• Expertise in Claim Header, Claim Item, Participants, and Claim Handler's Desktop.
• Strong experience in Claim Process Model and Coverage Determination configuration.
• Advanced ABAP / ABAP OO development and debugging skills.
• Hands‑on experience with FS‑CM enhancements, BAdIs, and User Exits.
• Good understanding of insurance claims processes across P&C / Non-Life, Health, or Auto insurance.
• Strong integration experience with SAP FS-PM and SAP FS-CD.
