Job summary

Ardo is seeking an experienced Business Analyst SAP EWM/TM to join its IT team and shape the future of Warehousing and Transportation. You will take end-to-end responsibility for the functional scope and architecture within your domain, contributing to SAP S/4HANA rollout and broader digitalization initiatives.

You will map end-to-end processes, translate requirements into SAP EWM/TM solutions, identify gaps, and drive standardization, scalability, and integration with SAP and related systems.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years experience with warehouse processes and SAP Extended Warehouse Management.
• Strong understanding of supply chain processes including warehouse management.
• Experience in S/4HANA is a must.
• Ability to translate complex logistics challenges into standardized SAP solutions.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills; able to collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
• English required; Dutch and French are an asset.
• Willingness to travel within Europe.

Responsibilities

• Understand and map end-to-end Warehousing and Transportation processes.
• Gather and translate requirements into SAP EWM/TM solutions.
• Identify gaps between requirements and SAP template; define solutions.
• Develop deployment templates for standardization and scalability.
• Lead full implementation lifecycle from design to go-live and aftercare.
• Act as SAP EWM/TM subject-matter expert.
• Support SAP functional analysts and share knowledge.
• Coordinate EWM/TM activities within S/4HANA rollout.
• Ensure new solutions integrate with SAP and other systems.
• Drive continuous improvement in logistics landscape.
