TheValueChain is seeking an experienced SAP Service & Asset Management Consultant to optimize end-to-end field service processes using the latest SAP technologies. You will translate business requirements into SAP FSM configurations and ensure seamless integration with S/4HANA across CS and CRM services.

The role involves design, configuration, testing, and post-go-live support, with a focus on hybrid work arrangements and continuous improvement for our clients.

Qualifications

• Minimum three years' experience as an SAP functional consultant.
• Strong knowledge of SAP Service Management, SAP CS, SAP CRM Service and S/4HANA Service.
• Experience with solution design, configuration, and end-to-end field service processes.

Responsabilités

• Translate client requirements into SAP field service processes from request to billing.
• Analyse end-to-end service process to identify optimization opportunities.
• Translate functional requirements into technical solutions within SAP FSM/Service module.
• Configure and customize SAP field service settings to align with business needs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure integration with SAP modules, especially S/4HANA.
• Provide training and support to end-users on SAP field service functionality.
