About your job

As a Medior SAP EAM Consultant, you will play a key role in designing, implementing and optimising SAP solutions within Asset Management and Service Maintenance. You will work for leading clients and help them to organise their asset and maintenance processes within SAP in a more efficient, reliable and future-oriented manner.

You combine functional SAP knowledge with a good understanding of business processes and are a fully-fledged discussion partner for both the business and the project team. Within projects, you take ownership of your domain and guide clients from analysis to go-live and aftercare.

Your tasks and responsibilities

• Analysing business processes related to Asset Management and/or Service Management and translating them into effective SAP solutions.
• Setting up and facilitating workshops and working sessions with business stakeholders to identify processes and needs.
• Configuring and optimising configurations within ERP systems (Asset Management, Service Management, Plant Maintenance, etc.) and related cloud solutions (such as FSM, Service Cloud, SSAM, etc.).
• Drawing up functional documentation, process descriptions and work instructions.
• Actively participating in SAP implementations and optimisation processes from blueprint to realisation.
• Coordinating and executing tests (unit, integration and user acceptance tests) and following up on findings.
• Supporting and training end users during the go-live and hypercare phase.
• Collaborating with technical consultants, project managers and other SAP experts within the project team.
• Contributing to process improvements, innovations (AI) and new SAP technologies.

We are looking for someone with the right mindset and eagerness to learn in order to grow into a strong SAP Functional Consultant.

• You have at least 3 years of hands‑on experience in Asset Management, Service Management or Plant Maintenance.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA Cloud ERP, Field Service Management (FSM), Customer Service (CS), or other related cloud solutions is a strong asset.
• You have strong analytical skills and a problem‑solving mindset.
• You communicate fluently with customers and colleagues and can explain complex processes clearly.
• You work independently, but also function excellently within a team and feel at home in a dynamic project environment.
• You are proactive, eager to learn and enjoy taking responsibility within projects.
• You speak and write fluent Dutch and English (knowledge of French is a plus)

Your Amista ‘basecamp’ in Belgium and the Netherlands
