AP Staffing in Belgium seeks a hands-on Change Officer to support a large SAP transformation for an industrial client. You will join an existing change track, own execution and coordination, and focus on hands-on delivery across domains and sites.

Responsibilities include coordinating communications, training and stakeholder engagement, maintaining trackers, PMO admin, and ensuring materials are ready as waves roll out.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years experience specifically in change management (not PMO or SAP functional consulting).
• Operationally strong, pragmatic, and comfortable with administrative and coordination work.
• Fluent English mandatory; Dutch is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Support rollout of the existing change track across domains and sites.
• Coordinate communications, training and stakeholder engagement activities.
• Prepare and adapt communication materials (presentations, articles, updates).
• Co-own the rollout of the training approach — coordination, logistics, materials, participant readiness, completion tracking, feedback.
• Maintain and update change trackers (progress, risks, actions, stakeholders).
• Support planning, scheduling and follow-up of meetings, documentation and SharePoint structures.
• Identify and act on opportunities to improve how training and change activities are organised, delivered and maintained.
