Infosys in Germany seeks a dynamic Program Manager to lead end-to-end SAP AMS delivery for large enterprise clients. You will manage global teams, ensure SLAs are met, and drive continuous improvement across service delivery and operations.

Qualifications

Experience in Managed Services for SAP S/4HANA/ECC.
Experience in a people management role.
Strong problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
Knowledge of SLAs, OLAs, and contracts in insourced or outsourced environments.
Familiar with ITIL-based service management and SAP tools.

Responsabilités

As the one face to the customer, guide delivery heads on staffing, commercials, and synergies.
Oversee the delivery of SAP AMS, ensuring alignment with customer requirements.
Maintain service quality and availability per SLAs and KPIs.
Manage day-to-day operations for system reliability and collaborate with technical teams.
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients regarding SAP AMS services.
Build and maintain strong client relationships through performance reviews and feedback.
Coordinate stakeholder meetings to strengthen client partnerships.
Identify opportunities for system improvements and enhancements to optimize operations.
Recommend and implement best practices to improve service delivery, reduce costs, and enhance efficiency.
Monitor and manage team performance, providing guidance and metrics.
