Barry Callebaut Group seeks a Sanitation Manager in Belgium to oversee cleanliness across a food manufacturing facility, ensuring GMP, HACCP, and SSOP adherence while driving continuous improvement and safety. You will lead and develop a sanitation team, manage budgets, and support audits.

The role requires Dutch language proficiency and a background in chemical/industrial engineering or related fields, with 3+ years in food manufacturing preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelors or higher in Chemical/Industrial Engineering, Food Technology, or related field.
• Relevant experience in food manufacturing and continuous improvement roles.
• Dutch language proficiency required; English recommended; French a bonus.

Responsabilités

• Lead the sanitation team, including supervision, training, scheduling, and performance evaluation.
• Be the factory’s central SME on sanitation and cleaning plans.
• Oversee the sanitation program across all factory areas and maintain KPI tracking.
