A leading consulting firm is looking for a Salesforce Director to define growth strategies and manage a Salesforce unit. The role includes strategic business development, leadership of a team, and collaboration across departments. Ideal candidates will have a master's degree, extensive consulting experience, and a proven track record in Salesforce initiatives. Frequent national travel is required.

To further strengthen its Salesforce practice and consolidate market leadership, it has entrusted us with the search for a:

Main responsibilities

Reporting directly to the CEO, the Salesforce Director will be responsible for defining and implementing the growth strategy of the Salesforce practice, overseeing its development and contributing to the company’s expansion in the Italian market.

Main responsibilities:

  • Strategic & Business Development: design and deliver initiatives to strengthen the company’s positioning in the Salesforce ecosystem, secure new enterprise clients, and expand existing accounts.
  • Practice Development: build and grow the Salesforce unit, ensuring recruitment, certifications, and continuous professional development of the team.
  • Leadership & People Management: guide and inspire a team of around 15 professionals (mainly based in Rome), driving performance and efficiency.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: work closely with Sales, Marketing and Delivery to maximize cross-selling opportunities and optimize go-to-market strategies.
  • Quality & Standards: define and implement best practices in project delivery and AMS (Application Management Services).
Candidate profile
  • Solid consulting experience, ideally gained in business integration contexts.
  • Proven track record in managing Salesforce-driven growth initiatives, with strong commercial orientation.
  • Significant exposure to manufacturing and retail clients.
  • Strong leadership, strategic vision and ability to guide high-performing teams.
  • Master’s degree, fluent English, and executive-level presence.
  • Availability for frequent national travel.
