Capgemini in Belgium is seeking a Salesforce Consultant to design, develop, and deploy Salesforce solutions using Omnistudio to serve public sector clients.

You will implement declarative interfaces, integrate external systems via REST/SOAP, participate in Agile/Scrum, and contribute to documentation and training.

Qualifications

• Experience with Salesforce Omnistudio components and declarative UI.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce Flows and configuration.
• Familiarity with Public Sector Solutions.
• Experience integrating systems via REST/SOAP APIs.
• Agile/Scrum experience using Jira and DevOps tooling.

• Build dynamic, responsive user interfaces using Omniscripts, Flexcards, Data Mappers, and Integration Procedures
• Configure and customize Salesforce core features to meet evolving business needs
• Design and implement Salesforce Flows and work with Public Sector Solutions
• Integrate Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs
• Collaborate with architects, analysts, and QA teams to ensure solution quality and performance
• Manage deployments using GitHub and follow Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Use Jira and Jira boards for sprint planning and task tracking
• Create and maintain technical documentation and deliver user training as needed

Job Description

We are seeking a talented and driven Salesforce Consultant to join our team and contribute to the design, development, and deployment of innovative Salesforce solutions. This role focuses on leveraging Salesforce and Omnistudio capabilities to deliver dynamic, user-centric applications, particularly within the Public Sector domain.

Key Responsibilities

• Build dynamic, responsive user interfaces using declarative tools such as Omniscripts, Flexcards, Data Mappers, and Integration Procedures
• Configure and customize Salesforce core features to meet evolving business needs
• Design and implement Salesforce Flows and work with Public Sector Solutions
• Integrate Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs
• Collaborate with architects, analysts, and QA teams to ensure solution quality and performance

For this role, the gross annual starting base salary is 48.000€ (full-time). This covers base pay only; any bonuses, incentives, and benefits will be discussed later in the recruitment process. Candidates with additional experience or qualifications may receive a higher offer, determined by objective, gender-neutral criteria and consistent with our pay principles.
