Newpharma invites applications for a Sales/Wellness Advisor in Health House, its new Brussels store. You will welcome customers, understand needs, advise on health, wellness, beauty and lifestyle products, and guide them through purchases to deliver a warm, personalized in-store experience.

You will build product knowledge, stay up to date with trends, contribute to achieving sales KPIs, and work closely with the Health House team to continuously enhance the customer journey.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a retail, sales or customer-facing environment is needed.

Responsabilités

• Welcome and engage with customers in the Health House store.
• Identify customers' needs and provide personalized advice on health, wellness, beauty and lifestyle products
• Recommend and sell products adapted to customers' needs and expectations
• Guide customers throughout their purchase journey and ensure an excellent in-store customer experience
• Develop strong product knowledge and stay up to date with health, wellness and beauty trends
• Ensure the store is welcoming, attractive, well-organized and properly stocked
• Participate in merchandising, product presentation and day-to-day store operations
• Contribute to achieving the store's sales objectives and KPIs
• Build customer loyalty through a warm, professional and personalized approach
• Work closely with the Health House team to continuously improve the customer experience and the store concept

Newpharma is a leading online pharmacy in Belgium, dedicated to providing high-quality healthcare and wellness products and services. As part of our development, we are launching Health House by Newpharma, a new physical retail concept dedicated to health and wellbeing in Brussels.

Health House is a welcoming and modern store where customers can discover and purchase a curated selection of health, wellness, beauty and lifestyle products, while benefiting from personalized advice.

About the Role

As a Sales/Wellness Advisor, you will be a key member of the Health House store team.

This is a hands-on retail and sales position: you will welcome customers in the store, understand their needs, advise them on suitable products and guide them through their purchase. Your role will combine customer service, product advice and sales, with the objective of creating a warm, personalized and high-quality in-store experience.

You will become a trusted point of contact for customers looking for advice on health, wellness and lifestyle products.
