GIMBER in Belgium is seeking a Sales Support Specialist to be the go-to link between key accounts, field sales, and ERP projects. You’ll fuel the fire with sharp organizational skills and proactive support across Belgium and Luxembourg.

You’ll collaborate with Sales, Operations, and Finance, develop practical tools, and grow Excel and Claude AI skills while delivering exceptional service. Fluency in Dutch, French and English is essential for cross-border support.

Responsabilités

• Support our key accounts: complete technical files, follow up on promotions, and keep our key account tools up to date.
• Create clear, practical support tools (one-pagers, briefings) for the field sales team.
• Act as the single point of contact for ERP (Odoo) projects that are sales related.
• Support sales analysis and develop Excel skills; engage with Claude AI tools.
• Support GIMBER sales of direct customers in Belgium and Luxembourg by phone.
• Assist field waves with guidance from the Field Sales Manager.
• Manage your portfolio of specialty stores in Belgium.
• Collaborate across Sales, Operations, Finance and our Odoo partner.

As our new Sales Support Specialist, you’re here to fuel the fire. You’ll contribute to our mission by becoming the go-to person behind the scenes, the reliable link between our key accounts, our field sales team and our systems.

Your kick-ass responsibilities

• Support our key accounts: complete technical files, follow up on promotions, and keep our key account tools accurately up to date
• Create clear, practical support tools (one-pagers, briefings) for the field sales team covering promotional waves, assortment updates and more
• Act as the key SPOC for ERP (Odoo) projects that are sales related
• Support sales analysis, with a real eagerness to develop your Excel skills and to work with AI tools such as Claude
• Support GIMBER sales of direct customers in Belgium and Luxembourg by phone
• Support field waves, with a dedicated focus provided each time by the Field Sales Manager
• Manage your own portfolio of specialty store accounts in Belgium
• Be the sales representative in various cross-department projects

• Is a great communicator with excellent written and verbal skills?

• Is comfortable picking up new tools, from Excel to AI assistants like Claude?
• Speaks Dutch, French and English fluently, key for supporting our customers in Belgium and Luxembourg?
• Works independently, hunts for opportunities, and doesn’t wait for permission to take initiative?
• Is a true team player who loves collaborating across Sales, Operations, Finance and our external Odoo partner?
