ITZU - Antwerpen Industrie in Belgium seeks an Inside Sales / Sales Support professional to draft offers, answer inquiries, and support account management.

You will process orders in CRM/ERP, prepare reports, and coordinate with planning, warehouse, finance and technical teams to ensure smooth delivery. Strong communication and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in drafting professional offers and managing quotes.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in Dutch and English (plus).
• Ability to coordinate with multiple internal teams to support account management.

Responsabilités

• Prepare professional offers, tenders and contracts and support account management.
• Answer customer and prospect questions by phone and email and follow up on requests.
• Process customer orders and advise accurately in systems; coordinate implementations with internal services.
• Prepare reports, overviews and analyses used in client presentations.
• Maintain up-to-date sales documentation and register leads and opportunities in CRM/ERP.
• Collaborate closely with planning, warehouse, technical services, finance and other departments.
• Ensure clear internal information flow and communicate with all involved parties.

• Je maakt professionele offertes, retenders en contracten op en levert documentatie aan ter ondersteuning van het accountmanagement team
• Je beantwoordt vragen van klanten en prospects op een vriendelijke manier, zowel telefonisch als per e-mail, en volgt aanvragen actief op
• Je verwerkt klantorders en adviezen nauwkeurig in de systemen en coördineert implementaties met interne diensten
• Je bereidt rapporten, overzichten en analyses voor die gebruikt worden in klantenpresentaties
• Je houdt verkoopdocumentatie up-to-date en zorgt voor correcte registratie van leads en opportuniteiten in het CRM- en ERP-systeem
• Je werkt nauw samen met planning, warehouse, technische diensten, finance en andere afdelingen
• Je bewaakt de interne informatiedoorstroming en communiceert helder met alle betrokken partijen
