To support the Training Academies of our customers (top-tier car manufacturers), we are looking for a Sales & Product Trainer.
As a key member within the company, you are prepared to challenge and disrupt classical learning methods, laying the foundation for the Learning & Development solutions of tomorrow, in preparation for the "Big Reskilling Revolution".
Your Role:
In this role, we expect you to:
- Develop and deliver Sales & Product Training to the Retailer's technical staff members (in Virtual, Face-to-Face, or On-Site formats) for top automotive brands on a national and/or international level.
- Work closely with and report to the (Sales & Product) Training Coordinator.
- Create high-quality and innovative training content, and mentor other training colleagues as needed.
- Identify training needs on a national and international level and collaborate with internal and external partners to enhance Retailer networks' performance.
- Work under strict deadlines and support trainees' professional growth.
This includes, among other tasks:
- Assess training and development needs within our clients' business contexts.
- Plan and implement training development and delivery projects.
- Innovate and contribute to automotive training, assessment, and mentoring programs.
- Provide professional support to colleagues and act as a content expert in specific topics.

Your Background:
- Bachelor’s degree in Automotive Business, Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or equivalent experience.
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in automotive technology, sales, product management, or training/coaching.
- A passion for Innovation and Learning & Development.
- Ability to work independently in a dynamic environment.
- Intrinsic drive, professionalism, and a people-oriented approach.
- Ability to inspire and support others to excel.
- Systematic and structured working style.
- Excellent command of Dutch, French, and English; knowledge of a fourth language is a plus.
