Who are we looking for?
From our hub in Gent, we're looking for a hands-on, entrepreneurial leader to expand our footprint and solidify our position as the digital signing market leader.
This role combines strategy with action. You're not just managing a team; you're leading the charge to unlock the full potential of the Belgian market for a proven industry solution.

Your mission
You will lead our established, successful team of sales professionals based in our Gent office. Your core mission is to take our existing traction and accelerate it, crafting and executing a strategy to achieve broader market penetration across Belgium. You will be the driving force that expands our reach from a strong client base to widespread adoption, making Penneo the go-to standard for critical and regulated businesses throughout the region. As a true "playing-coach," you will inspire your team by demonstrating what excellence looks like, closing key deals, and building a unique local presence.

Location: Gent, Belgium
Reports to: Chief Revenue Officer (CRO)

What would be your responsibilities?

  • Lead & elevate the team: Lead, mentor, and energize our existing sales team in Gent. Foster a winning culture focused on deep market knowledge, relentless execution, and celebrating success.
  • Drive Belgian market penetration: Develop and execute a powerful regional strategy to increase our client density. Identify key accounts, build strategic networks, and deepen our relationships within our core verticals.
  • Lead from the front: This is a hands-on role. You will manage your own portfolio of strategic clients, lead negotiations on critical deals, and actively sell alongside your team.
  • Deliver scalable growth: Set and achieve ambitious revenue targets by maximizing Penneo's share of the Belgian market. Implement effective coaching and pipeline management to ensure predictable, scalable results.
  • Become the face of Penneo in Belgium: Build a powerful local network by representing the company at events and establishing yourself and the brand as a central figure in the business community.
