Robert Bosch in Brussel/België zoekt een Sales Development & Analytics Stagiair om leadgeneratie, datagedreven analyse en dashboarding te versterken. Je werkt aan mapping, qualifying van installateurs in NL en BE, plus onboarding van nieuwe klanten.

Je leert processen verbeteren en levert input voor de go-to-market aanpak in de Benelux. Je volgt een Bachelor- of Masteropleiding in Business/Analytics en bezit sterke Excel-vaardigheden; Power BI ervaring is een plus.

Qualifications

• Analytische vaardigheden en sterke Excel-kennis (draait tabellen, formules).
• Interesse of ervaring met Power BI is gewenst.

Responsabilités

• Leadgeneratie en kwalificatie: systematisch in kaart brengen en kwalificeren van potentiële B2B-installateurs in NL en België.
• Data-analyse en dashboarding: analyseer markt opportuniteiten in MS Excel en bouw Power BI-dashboards.
• Procesimplementatie: ondersteun de inzet en integratie van acquisitieprocessen in de dagelijkse workflows van drie sales-teams.
• Klantonboarding & activatie: draag bij aan het structureren van onboarding- en activatieprocessen.
• Strategische input: lever inzichten voor go-to-market en business development in de Benelux.

# Sales Development and Analytics Internship| MechelenVast contractVoltijdsOp kantoorDelen:* Lead Generation & Qualification: Assist in systematically mapping, filtering, and qualifying potential B2B installers in both the Netherlands and Belgium.* Data Analysis & Dashboarding: Analyze market opportunities in MS Excel and build clear, intuitive dashboards in Power BI to visually track progress, conversion rates, and performance.* Process Implementation: Support the deployment and integration of the new acquisition processes into the daily workflows of our three sales teams.* Customer Onboarding & Activation: Actively contribute to and help structure the process for successfully onboarding and activating newly acquired customers.* Strategic Input: Provide valuable insights and ideas for our broader go-to-market and business development strategy in the Benelux.* Educational Background: You are currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Commercial Economics, Business Development, Data Analytics, or a related commercial/analytical field.* Analytical Skills: You have excellent knowledge of MS Excel (pivot tables, complex formulas, etc.) and a strong interest or experience in working with Power BI.* Business Acumen: You are fascinated by sales strategy, process optimization, and the dynamics of B2B business development.* Communicative & Proactive: You work in a structured manner, show initiative, and possess the interpersonal skills to engage and guide sales teams through process changes.* Language Skills: You have fluent written and spoken communication skills in Dutch or French.
