EF in Amsterdam is seeking a Sales Coordinator who is fluent in Dutch/Flemish and English. This full-time role involves promoting language study abroad programs to potential students, requiring excellent communication skills and a detail-oriented approach.

The successful candidate will build relationships with students, manage promotions, and collaborate with global teams to enhance the EF Language Abroad experience. Qualifications

Responsabilités

• Sell language study abroad programs.
• Maintain a high volume of outbound tele-promotion calls.
• Motivate team to achieve promotion goals.

Job Description

Sales Coordinator – Flemish speaking, located in the Amsterdam office. The role requires the successful candidate to live in the Netherlands. This position is an on‑site, full‑time role that supports the Netherlands and Global Sales Teams in promoting EF Language Abroad programs to potential students.

EF Language Abroad has been helping millions of students discover new places, embrace diverse cultures, and gain fresh perspectives since 1965. We offer immersive short‑term and long‑term language courses across multiple languages in the countries where they are spoken.

Key Responsibilities

• Sell language study abroad programs using the internal database to sustain a long‑term promotion strategy.
• Maintain a high volume of outbound tele‑promotion calls to potential students.
• Motivate yourself and your team to reach individual and team promotion goals with a positive, competitive attitude.
• Build relationships with prospective students at fairs and universities throughout the year.
• Collaborate closely with global and diverse promotion and campus teams to deliver the best EF Language Abroad experience.
• Engage with customers personally, via e‑mail and over the phone, guiding them from their first inquiry until they return home from their trip.

What We’re Looking For

• Working fluency in English (reading, writing, speaking).
• Full fluency in Dutch/Flemish (reading, writing, speaking).
• Full working rights in the Netherlands.
