Bompard recherche un conseiller de vente à temps partiel (14 h/semaine) pour sa boutique d'Anvers. Le poste est à pourvoir immédiatement et vise à offrir une expérience client immersive et raffinée dans un univers cashmere de qualité.

Le candidat idéal saura fédérer la clientèle locale et internationale, veiller au merchandising et participer à la gestion des stocks et des ouvertures/fermetures du magasin, avec un sens aigu du détail et du service.

Formación

• Expérience avérée en conseil de vente dans le secteur de la mode.
• Capacité à fédérer et à communiquer efficacement avec la clientèle locale et internationale.
• Esprit de service, souci du détail et sens du merchandising.

Responsabilidades

• Offrir une expérience client unique grâce à une narration personnalisée.
• Fidéliser une clientèle locale et internationale par un service d'exception.
• Maintenir les standards de qualité et le merchandising visuel de la boutique.
• Participer activement à la gestion de l'inventaire et au flux de marchandises.
• Gérer les ouvertures et fermetures du magasin avec rigueur et professionnalisme.

Bompard is looking for a part time Sales Counsellor (14 hours/week) for our Antwerp boutique.

The position is available immediately.

Main Responsibilities:

• Offer our customers a unique and immersive experience through personalized storytelling, by introducing them to the world of our House, our timeless products and our exceptional creations.
• Build loyalty among our local and international clientele through excellent service.
• Maintain the quality standards of our House, ensuring impeccable visual merchandising and a meticulous presentation of the boutique.
• Actively participate in inventory management, optimizing the flow of merchandise.
• Manage store openings and closings with rigor and professionalism.

Qualifications

• You have proven experience as a Sales Consultant in the fashion industry.
• Dynamic and excellent communicator, you have leadership qualities, know how to listen and federate your teams.
• You are a driving force behind the positive development of the store, and don't hesitate to take the initiative.
• You are imbued with a genuine retail and fashion culture
