Foot Locker Oostende zoekt een enthousiaste winkelmedewerker die graag praat over sneakers en sportkleding. Je maakt gemakkelijk contact, past je aan verschillende klanten aan en lost problemen op met een glimlach.

Je werkt graag in teamverband en levert samen met collega’s een uitstekende winkelervaring. Je kennis van producten en trends breidt zich voortdurend uit, zodat je open vragen stelt om behoeften te achterhalen.

Qualifications

• 0-3 jaar retailervaring.
• Vertrouwd met het leveren van een elevated winkelervaring.
• Gemotiveerd om resultaten te behalen door enthousiasme voor klanten en sportproducten.
• Initiatief tonen en taken zelfstandig kunnen uitvoeren.
• Flexibele beschikbaarheid – avond, weekend en feestdagen.

Responsabilités

• Zorgen voor hoge klantentevredenheid door productkennis en samenwerking met collega’s.
• Verkopen en leveren van uitstekende klantervaring en operationele standaarden.
• Behalen van persoonlijke en productiviteitsdoelen.
• Vraaggestuurd klantencontact om behoeften te achterhalen.
• Leren en delen van product- en trendkennis om klantbehoeften te matchen.

You always scope out the latest styles, and enjoy sharing your enthusiasm with Customers. It’s easy for you to start up natural, friendly conversations, adapt to different types of Customers, and resolve issues with a smile. You like to work as part of a team as you improve your individual skills on the sales floor. Your success in this role will be measured through personal and productivity goals plus your ability to provide a great in-store experience to every Customer.

Kwalificaties

• 0-3 year of retail experience


• Confident and comfortable engaging customers to deliver an elevated experience


• Motivated to achieve great results because of one's enthusiasm from interacting with customers and athletic products


• Initiates completion of tasks or activities without necessary supervision


• Flexible availability – including nights, weekends, and holidays
