The Sales Associate has basic relevant inside sales experience. The primary objective of this role is to manage and grow relationships and drive expansion and renewals across all solutions (foundational solutions primary) within assigned accounts.

The Sales Associate mines for new sales opportunities within an assigned account list and has a proactive and systematic approach to working through the assigned account list. This is done by leveraging company tools and methodologies to understand the client’s implicit and explicit needs.

The Sales Associate is a transactional role that is focused on current clients with the opportunity to engage through programmatic use cases and digital channels.

Position covers

-80% hunting - account management: managing own client projects & lead generation
- 20% Reporting & Monitoring & Forecasting

Lead Generation
o Hunting for new projects via cold/warm calling
o Bant qualifying leads.
o Calling clients designated to you to find new projects
o Calling clients designated to you related to Marketing campaigns/ social media activity etc

Account Management
o Being first point of contact for the customers
o Managing and growing relationships of associated accounts
o Taking ownership of the assigned accounts on specific sector
o Understanding customer requirements and providing the right support/products
o First point of referral for queries or issues
o Following up the orders/ deliveries/ operational issues
o Following up the customer requests
o Achieving the given targets by providing the correct solution for the client, solving issues
o Working together with all the different stakeholders internally if needed to provide the best
configuration of products/ maintenance/ support for the client
o Working closely with presales and other internal teams
o Driving client satisfaction throughout the entire lifecycle of the clients’ buying process
o Providing quotes to customers
o Working closely with appropriate channel partners to develop & close business opportunities.
o Working closely with vendors to achieve required results (obtaining discounts etc.)
o Managing vendor costs vs margin

Reporting & Monitoring
o Using NTT’s sales tools and methodology to effectively manage accounts, opportunities,
pipelines and forecast.
o Forecasting in a timely manner within company guidelines
o Providing overall customer service
o Organizing and preparing customer meetings

Ideal profile
o You are autonomous, organised, punctual and have a sense of responsibility.
o You are customer-oriented, communicatively strong, and persistent.
o You are a team player, driven to achieve results.
o A first experience in sales is a must (between 1 and 3 years)
o Knowledge of IT is a plus.
o Experience in cold calling, hunting & prospecting is a plus.
o Experience with CRM tool SFDC is a plus.
o You hold passion, initiative, respect, and professionalism in high regard.
o You have a bachelor's or master's degree or are equivalent through experience.
o You have a very good knowledge of Dutch complemented by a good knowledge of English and French.
