Job summary

Job description

You will work in close collaboration with Management.

Preparing quotations, following up on files, drafting correspondence and helping to resolve issues.

Supporting negotiations to secure new orders and contributing to prospecting efforts to attract new clients.

Handling the administrative follow-up of orders (product availability, scheduling, profitability analysis of projects, etc.).

Welcoming clients both by phone and in the showroom, and responding independently to their requests.

Updating the company’s Facebook page and assisting in maintaining the website. Preparing and sending mailings, as well as photographing completed projects.

Based at our Brussels office, with occasional visits to sites or clients together with Management.
