Ontex is seeking a Sales Assistant Healthcare to support the sales organization through accurate administration, customer data management, tender coordination, reporting, and customer support. You will work closely with customers, Account Managers, Product Specialists, and internal stakeholders to help ensure smooth commercial operations.

The role focuses on preparing commercial offers, maintaining records in SAP/CRM, and assisting with pricing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent through experience.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a sales support, administrative, or similar role.
• Fluent in Dutch, French, and English, both written and spoken.
• Experience working with ERP and CRM systems; SAP knowledge is a plus.
• Strong Excel skills and confidence working with data and reporting.
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Flexible and able to manage priorities effectively, particularly during tender periods.

Responsabilités

• Prepare commercial offers and official tenders with a strong focus on accuracy and compliance.
• Maintain customer records, contracts, and sales documentation in SAP, CRM, and other systems.
• Support customers with pricing, product information, and administrative inquiries.
• Assist the sales team with reporting, analysis, and the follow-up of customer and territory information.
• Contribute to sales-related projects, process improvements, and product launch activities.
• Ensure all administrative processes are completed efficiently and in line with established procedures.
