Carhartt WIP is seeking a motivated Sales Assistant (m/f/x) for our Brussels store, joining the team on Saturdays. You will deliver exceptional customer service, drive sales, process transactions, and keep the store looking polished with well-maintained displays.

A passion for fashion and brand storytelling will help you connect with customers. Fluency in French, Dutch, or English is advantageous, and prior retail experience is preferred.

• Experience in retail or customer service is required.
• Confident and outgoing with strong communication.
• Proven selling skills and a passion for fashion.

Carhartt WIP is part of the WIP Trading AG. Our family-owned business group started as a licensee and European distributor of the US workwear manufacturer Carhartt in the early 1990s. Since then, it develops its own collections based on workwear originals.

For our store in Brussels, we are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Assistant (m/f/x) to join our team on Saturdays.

Tasks

• Provide excellent customer service and adapt brand stories to the retail setting
• Drive sales ensuring that targets are achieved
• Process sales transactions
• Replenish stock and maintain the day-to-day standards in visual displays
• Ensure that all operational store policies and procedures are followed
• Develop your product knowledge and understanding of the business

Requirements
