Inchcape Belux, part of Inchcape’s global network, is seeking a BYD Sales Advisor to join our showroom in Zaventem. You’ll be the face of BYD, guiding customers and turning interest into satisfaction.

Responsibilities include welcoming customers, offering tailored EV advice, managing leads in the CRM, coordinating test drives and deliveries, and representing BYD at events. Fluency in Dutch and French with good English required.

Our BYD Sales team is seeking aSales Advisorto join our team inZaventem. In this position, you’ll be the face of the BYD brand in the showroom, guiding customers through their journey and turning their interest into long-term satisfaction. You’ll combine your passion for electric mobility with a strong commercial drive to help shape the future of sustainable transport.

What you’ll do

• Welcome customers in the showroom and provide tailored advice on BYD’s fully electric vehicle range.
• Actively seek out new prospects and build long-term customer relationships based on trust and service.
• Organize and follow up on test drives to ensure a seamless experience.
• Track and manage leads and interested parties in the CRM system.
• Represent the BYD brand at events and through social media engagement.
• Handle administrative tasks related to the sales process, including quotations and contracts.
• Coordinate the delivery of vehicles and ensure a smooth handover to customers.

• Proactive in identifying opportunities and turning them into action.
• Customer-focused, with a preference for a personal and consultative sales approach.
• Experienced in sales, ideally in a retail or automotive environment.
• Professional in appearance and communication.
• Hands-on, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities under pressure.
• Fluent in Dutch & French, with a good working knowledge of English.
