Nike ELC is seeking a Safety Advisor to assess, advise, and improve workplace safety in cooperation with EHS, operations, managers, and CPBW members. The role focuses on ensuring safe and healthy working conditions for teammates and external partners in Belgium, in line with welfare legislation.

Responsibilities include evaluating workstations, mapping risks, investigating hazards, and providing practical guidance.

Qualifications

• Safety expertise with Level 1 certification preferred or 3+ years hands-on Level 2 experience.
• Knowledge of Belgian welfare legislation and workplace safety.
• Ability to collaborate with operational teams, managers, CPBW members, and stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and connect the right partners for follow-up.
• Fluent in Dutch and English with clear written and verbal communication.

Responsabilités

• Assess workplaces, map risks, and translate findings into practical safety advice.
• Support new installations and processes with commissioning reports that are clear and actionable.
• Strengthen prevention by assisting incident investigations and identifying root causes.
