KONE Belgium & Luxembourg seeks a Safety Specialist / Prevention Advisor BeLux to strengthen the Safety team. You will be visible in the field, visiting branches and worksites, advising technicians and managers, and driving practical safety improvements across Belgium and Luxembourg.

This role emphasizes hands-on safety, collaboration with operational teams, and regulatory alignment, including VCA and ISO standards. A strong field presence and bilingual (French/Dutch) capabilities are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level safety education or higher with relevant certifications.
• Proven experience in safety, prevention and field operations.
• Fluency in French and Dutch; English helpful in an international environment.

Responsabilités

• Act as Prevention Advisor for BeLux and support legal safety requirements.
• Provide practical safety guidance to managers, supervisors and employees.
• Conduct risk analyses, site visits and safety observations with clear follow-up actions.
• Support accident investigations and follow-up corrective actions.
• Coordinate safety audits and prepare for external/internal audits.
• Lead safety initiatives, toolbox talks and awareness campaigns.
• Monitor implementation of safety processes and respond to regulatory changes.
• Collaborate with branches, field teams and external stakeholders.
