Bluecrux is seeking an S&OP Lead to design and implement Sales & Operations Planning processes for international clients. You will assess current planning, facilitate cross-functional workshops, and shape future operating models while building business cases for organizational change.

You will partner with senior stakeholders across supply chain, operations, finance and commercial to establish effective planning capabilities and support business development through client discussions.

Qualifications

• Experience designing or improving S&OP or IBP processes.
• Understanding of end-to-end planning: demand, supply, S&OP.
• Comfortable facilitating workshops with stakeholders across functions.
• Able to translate business challenges into practical solutions.
• Experience in consulting is a plus or strong industry background.
• Experience with Kinaxis, SAP IBP, OMP or similar platforms is a plus.
• Master’s degree required.

About the role

As an S&OP Lead, you'll help clients design and improve their Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) capabilities. Working closely with senior stakeholders, you'll guide organizations through planning transformations that improve collaboration, decision-making and business performance across the supply chain. You’ll combine your planning expertise with strong stakeholder management and facilitation skills to turn business challenges into practical, sustainable solutions.

Job Requirements

• You have experience designing or improving Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) or Integrated Business Planning (IBP) processes.
• You have a good understanding of end-to-end planning processes, including demand planning, supply planning and S&OP.
• You’re comfortable facilitating workshops and collaborating with stakeholders across different business functions.
• You enjoy solving complex business challenges and translating them into practical solutions.
• Experience in consulting is a plus, but we also welcome candidates with a strong industry background.
• Experience with planning solutions such as Kinaxis, SAP IBP, OMP or similar platforms is considered an asset.
• You have a Master’s degree.
