Bluecrux in Belgium seeks an S&OP Lead to design and implement Sales & Operations Planning processes for international clients. You will collaborate with senior stakeholders across supply chain, operations, commercial and finance to drive planning improvements and better decision‑making.

You will facilitate workshops, assess existing processes, build business cases and support change while traveling globally in a hybrid work setting.

Qualifications

• You have experience designing or improving S&OP or IBP processes.
• You understand end‑to‑end planning including demand and supply planning.
• You facilitate workshops and collaborate across functions.
• You translate complex challenges into practical solutions.
• Consulting experience is a plus or strong industry background.
• Experience with Kinaxis, SAP IBP, OMP or similar platforms is an asset.
• You hold a Master’s degree.

About the role

As an S&OP Lead, you'll help clients design and improve their Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) capabilities. Working closely with senior stakeholders, you'll guide organizations through planning transformations that improve collaboration, decision‑making and business performance across the supply chain.

You’ll combine your planning expertise with strong stakeholder management and facilitation skills to turn business challenges into practical, sustainable solutions.

In this role, you will:

• Design and implement Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) processes for international clients.

• Assess existing planning processes and identify opportunities for improvement.

• Facilitate workshops and align stakeholders across supply chain, operations, commercial and finance.

• Design future S&OP operating models and help senior stakeholders define new ways of working.

• Build business cases and support clients in driving organizational change.

• Partner with senior stakeholders to establish effective planning capabilities across the organization.

• Support business development through proposals and client discussions.

About you

• You have experience designing or improving Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) or Integrated Business Planning (IBP) processes.

• You have a good understanding of end‑to‑end planning processes, including demand planning, supply planning and S&OP.

• You’re comfortable facilitating workshops and collaborating with stakeholders across different business functions.

• You enjoy solving complex business challenges and translating them into practical solutions.

• Experience in consulting is a plus, but we also welcome candidates with a strong industry background.

• Experience with planning solutions such as Kinaxis, SAP IBP, OMP or similar platforms is considered an asset.

• You have a Master’s degree.
