Bluecrux is looking for a Program Director E2E Planning Transformations to lead supply chain transformation programs. You will collaborate with internal teams and clients, overseeing the project from conception to implementation.

About the role

In this role as Program Director E2E Planning Transformations you will design and implement end‑to‑end supply chain transformation programs, defining next‑level processes, guiding customers through process, organizational, people, data and system change, and ensuring successful adoption. You will work closely with internal teams and client stakeholders to deliver high‑quality outcomes.

• You take full responsibility for a program (50‑100 participants, including Bluecrux, client, system implementer, and third‑party vendors) and keep track of deliverables, milestones, resources, and costs.


• You define the optimal program structure into workstreams, allocate resources and skills on both the client and Bluecrux sides, and align stakeholders on methodology.


• You coach internal and client teams to perform at their best, identifying gaps, improving capabilities, and fostering continuous improvement.


• You act as a strategic partner, working with clients to drive supply chain‑wide transformation that grows revenue, reduces costs, and sparks innovation.


• You organize client workshops to uncover needs and challenges tied to planning and the broader supply chain.


• You align internal customer teams (business, data & IT), software solution providers, and Bluecrux staff, ensuring methodology, planning, and next steps remain aligned while mitigating potential hurdles.


• You co‑create and design the playbook, documenting new ways of working across process, system, and organizational levels.


• You provide guidance throughout implementation, ensuring the process is smooth and structured, and maintain proactive, open, and transparent communication.


• You manage program risk, mitigate issues, and communicate proactively with all levels of the organization.


• You report program progress to steering committees and internal consulting management.


• You share industry experience within Bluecrux.

Job Requirements

• Proven experience in a consulting organization, delivering large‑scale supply chain and operations transformation programs.


• Over 15 years of program expertise, with a strong track record of driving change and delivery, including organization design, process, systems and data as enablers.


• Experience in Life Sciences and/or CPG/Consumer Goods; deep understanding of the regulatory environment and operational challenges.


• Demonstrated leadership in planning or supply chain transformations, including at least one end‑to‑end transformation with a strong system implementation (e.g., SAP IBP, APO, Kinaxis, OMP, BlueYonder, o9) or a strong interest and learning mindset for these tools.


• Strong program ownership and delivery mindset, able to steer teams toward priorities while deep‑diving to unblock issues.


• Customer‑centric mindset, excellent communication and presentation skills, able to influence stakeholders at all levels.


• Natural people leader and coach, capable of guiding multidisciplinary teams in a consulting context.


• Experience working in complex, international, multicultural environments.


• Thrives in a fast‑paced, international setting, asking the right questions and translating answers into results.


• Fluent in English.
