Camco Technologies, a Leuven-based pioneer in terminal automation, seeks an RTLS Architect / Senior Developer. You will shape RTLS software, balancing architecture with hands-on coding in C++ and Python to deliver robust, scalable solutions.

You will work closely with hardware and field teams, influence algorithm design, testing strategies, and system performance while providing technical leadership to a small development team at our Leuven headquarters.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience with C++ and/or Python.
• At least 3 years of experience with software architecture.
• Experience with embedded devices and RTLS, localisation or positioning systems.
• Strong foundation in mathematics, algorithms and filtering.
• Ability to design test strategies and experiments.

Responsabilités

• Define and maintain a consistent software architecture for RTLS solutions.
• Translate new requirements and technical challenges into robust, maintainable code while contributing hands-on development.
• Lead a small development team, plan tasks, monitor progress and ensure technical consistency.
• Collaborate with hardware engineers, field technicians and stakeholders to align software with hardware and field needs.
• Document key architectural decisions and continuously improve solution simplicity and maintainability.
