Medtronic is seeking an experienced field-based professional to drive Hugo™ RAS adoption across the Benelux region, Israel, and Greece. You will collaborate with surgeons, clinical teams, and hospital leadership to implement training, optimize programs, and ensure successful system integration.

The role requires a bachelor's degree and 5+ years in healthcare or medical technology, fluent English, and willingness to travel up to 75% of the time. Location is flexible within the specified countries.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of relevant experience in healthcare, medical technology, clinical consulting, healthcare operations, surgical services, or a related field; or Advanced Degree with 3+ years of relevant experience
• Fluent in English
• Must be legally authorized to work and currently reside in Belgium, the Netherlands, Luxembourg, Israel, or Greece
• Demonstrated experience working within operating room environments and familiarity with surgical procedures, hospital workflows, and clinical stakeholder engagement
• Experience leading customer-facing implementation, healthcare transformation, training, or utilization programs
• Willingness and ability to travel extensively throughout the assigned territory, up to 75% of the time
• Preferred experience includes robotic-assisted surgery, advanced surgical technologies, healthcare consulting, change management initiatives, clinical education programs, or healthcare operational improvement project

Responsabilités

• Lead the successful adoption, growth, and optimization of Hugo™ RAS programs across assigned customer accounts
• Meet with robotic surgery program stakeholders to establish program goals, utilization metrics, and account development plans, conducting regular business reviews to monitor progress
• Develop surgeon training plans, coordinate participation in Medtronic training programs, and support the transition from training to independent clinical practice
• Develop and implement training plans for operating room staff and support teams to accelerate competency development and adoption of robotic-assisted surgery workflows
• Support technology adoption by providing on-site clinical and operational guidance during the early phases of program implementation and growth
• Utilize change management techniques to engage hospital stakeholders, facilitate organizational readiness, and drive sustainable program success
• Coach hospital teams to promote knowledge transfer, operational excellence, and long-term self-sufficiency in robotic surgery program management
• Collaborate with Medtronic commercial, clinical, technical, and service teams to ensure successful system integration and achievement of customer objectives

A Day in the Life

The Surgical Robotics Utilization team supports all aspects of system implementation, customer adoption, training, account development, and long-term program optimization for the Hugo™ Robotic-Assisted Surgery (RAS) platform. Hugo™ RAS is Medtronic's robotic-assisted surgery system designed to support minimally invasive procedures through advanced robotic technology. The team works closely with surgeons, clinical teams, and hospital leadership to help healthcare organizations establish, expand, and optimize robotic surgery programs while driving operational excellence and improved patient access to innovative surgical therapies.

Medtronic is continuing to expand its presence in robotic-assisted surgery and is seeking an experienced professional to support accounts across the Benelux region, Israel, and Greece. This field-based role requires significant travel and close collaboration with customers and cross-functional Medtronic teams. Candidates must be based in Belgium, the Netherlands, Luxembourg, Israel, or Greece and be willing to travel extensively throughout the territory to support training, program development, technology adoption, and account optimization activities.

Required Knowledge and Experience

Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of relevant experience in healthcare, medical technology, clinical consulting, healthcare operations, surgical services, or a related field; or Advanced Degree with 3+ years of relevant experience

Fluent in English

Must be legally authorized to work and currently reside in Belgium, the Netherlands, Luxembourg, Israel, or Greece
