DHL Express in Diegem, Belgium is seeking a Routing & Capacity Analyst to optimize European road networks through data-driven insights and advanced analytics. You will develop models, analyze processes, and translate findings into business recommendations across network operations.

You will work with data scientists, analysts and stakeholders to enable data‑driven decision making, contributing to continuous improvement of transport performance and customer experience.

Qualifications

• Degree in a quantitative field such as Mathematics, Statistics, Physics, CS, Engineering or Data Science.
• Up to 2 years of professional analytics experience in data science, statistics or related field.
• Strong knowledge of ML, statistics, and optimization techniques.
• Proficiency in Python, R, or Java for data analysis and modeling.

Responsabilités

• Support data analytics projects with project leads and supervisors.
• Develop statistical and optimization models to inform decisions.
• Apply ML, forecasting and analytical techniques to operational challenges.
