Qualifications

• Architectural degree and licensure in progress or registered.
• 3–5 years of professional architectural experience.
• Experience with high-rise residential and mixed-use projects.
• Expert Revit BIM modelling and coordination.
• Knowledge of OBC and permit documentation.

Responsabilités

• Lead day-to-day project coordination for assigned projects.
• Prepare BIM models in Revit and generate drawings.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, and authorities.
• Support permit submissions and site observations.
• Maintain project filing and document control.
• Assist with QA/QC reviews and BIM standards.
