Job summary

New Generation Design Wave (NGDW) is an innovative architectural design firm focused on reshaping communities through spaces that elevate human experiences. The Intermediate Intern Architect role covers daily project delivery, coordination, and permits, with initial work at 251 Hazel and future assignments across NGDW's portfolio.

The candidate should hold a professional architecture degree, be Registered Intern Architect with the OAA or pursuing licensure, and have 3–5 years of relevant

Qualifications

• Architectural degree and licensure in progress or registered.
• 3–5 years of professional architectural experience.
• Experience with high-rise residential and mixed-use projects.
• Expert Revit BIM modelling and coordination.
• Knowledge of OBC and permit documentation.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day project coordination for assigned projects.
• Prepare BIM models in Revit and generate drawings.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, and authorities.
• Support permit submissions and site observations.
• Maintain project filing and document control.
• Assist with QA/QC reviews and BIM standards.
