Teamleader is seeking a Head of Data & RevOps to lead the merged data and revenue operations unit across Marketing, Sales and Customer Success. You’ll drive GTM reporting, data quality, and governance to support growth across Teamleader, Yuki and AdminPulse.

You’ll manage a cross-functional team, optimize the revenue tech stack, and shape strategic projects while aligning operations with company goals in a fast-paced SaaS environment.

Qualifications

• Have 7+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Data Analytics, or a similar role, including at least 3 years leading a team.
• Be a HubSpot or Salesforce pro.
• Have a proven history of optimizing RevOps processes and tools to deliver real impact on marketing, sales & customer success.
• Love digging into data and have a solid understanding of modern data systems.
• Have project management skills.
• Have a knack for aligning operations with company goals across multiple products and go-to-market strategies.
• Are experienced in managing change and communicating effectively with stakeholders at all levels.

Responsabilités

• Manage the dynamic environment of a merge of 3 companies where strategies shift, priorities evolve, and stakeholder management is key.
• Lead and grow a talented team, offering mentorship, career guidance and performance support.
• Take charge of our revenue tech stack and data systems, ensuring smooth operation, seamless integration and cost-effectiveness.
• Set up the governance structure to balance ad hoc support with strategic projects to grow our product portfolio for Accountancy Offices and our GTM motions.
• Set the gold standard for data quality and reporting architecture to enable our AI team to increase ARR per FTE and help stakeholders make data-driven decisions.
