JD Sports Nederland is seeking an Assistant Manager for the Antwerp store to energize a motivated team, drive sales, and ensure outstanding customer experiences. You will partner with the Store Manager to guide daily operations and uphold JD standards.

You'll lead by example, coach staff, manage scheduling, oversee visual merchandising, analyze performance, and support recruitment while maintaining health and safety compliance. This role demands proactive leadership and a passion for retail.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year as a Floor/Assistant Manager or leading teams in retail.
• Strong verbal, non-verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel.
