ALLNEX in Drogenbos, Belgium, is seeking a skilled Formulation Technician to join our composites team. You will prepare resin formulations, support lab experiments, and analyze results to enable product development and process optimization.

The ideal candidate has hands-on lab experience in chemistry or materials testing, with 2–5 years in formulations or resin development, and a degree in Chemistry or Polymer Science. Fluency in German, Dutch, or French is preferred; English is an advantage.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in chemical laboratories, formulation development, and materials testing.
• Knowledge of resin characterization and laboratory test methods.
• Ability to prepare formulations and document results with high data quality.
• Strong analytical, organizational and communication skills.
• Safety-conscious and skilled with lab equipment.

Responsabilités

• Prepare and optimize resin formulations according to recipes and test plans.
• Support laboratory experiments and perform physical, mechanical, thermal, rheological, and chemical testing.
• Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot lab equipment; prepare samples and test specimens.
• Record, analyse, and report experimental data and formulation performance.
• Ensure compliance with lab safety standards and support scale-up from lab to production.
