Ipsos Unlimited Understanding seeks a Research Manager to drive strategic brand advice and partner with clients. You will lead qualitative projects end-to-end, translating insights into actionable strategies and building trusted relationships with international clients.

At Ipsos Unlimited Understanding, our qualitative research division, we go beyond data. We uncover the attitudes, motivations, and behaviors that truly drive consumers — and we translate them into actionable strategies for our clients.
You act as a trusted partner for international clients, building strong, long-lasting relationships based on trust and added value
You lead qualitative research projects from A to Z, from proposal to delivery, ensuring both excellence in insights and a great client experience
You bring energy and charisma to client interactions, making complex insights clear, engaging, and inspiring
You translate qualitative findings into sharp, strategic recommendations that help clients grow their brands
You proactively identify opportunities with existing clients and contribute to business development through compelling proposals and pitches
You stay close to market trends and turn them into relevant, forward-thinking advice
Co-develop and lead innovative proposals and pitches, from standard briefs to complex strategic challenges
Design and execute qualitative research projects (discussion guides, moderation, analysis, storytelling)
Deliver impactful presentations that clients remember and act up on
Build, nurture, and grow strong client relationships
Act as a sparring partner for clients, understanding their business challenges and guiding them strategically
You have 5-7 years of experience in qualitative research, brand consultancy, or strategic insights roles.
You bring proven experience in managing and growing client relationships — clients see you as a trusted advisor.
You are charismatic, engaging, and naturally connect with people.
You are a strong communicator and storyteller, able to inspire and convince.
You combine analytical rigor with creativity and commercial mindset.
You are structured, autonomous, and confident in leading projects and client interactions.
You are fluent in English.
