Job summary

micro1 is seeking a Creative & Design Specialist to support a customer project focused on graphic design, multimedia production, UI/UX, and motion graphics. You will review AI-produced outputs and provide high-quality human feedback to improve training data.

This remote, contractor role requires proficiency with industry tools (Figma, After Effects, DaVinci, Canva) and a strong eye for detail. You will annotate content, rate quality, and help refine workflows while meeting project timelines.

Qualifications

2+ years of professional experience in graphic design, video editing, motion graphics, or UI/UX.
Paid experience in AI human-data work required; content creation with AI tools alone does not qualify.
Proficiency with listed creative applications and strong quality standards.

Responsibilities

Complete structured creative tasks using tools such as Figma, Canva, Adobe After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, CorelDRAW, CLO3D, Camtasia, Adobe Lightroom, Mural, Milanote, and Behance.
Evaluate AI-generated designs, images, videos, and multimedia outputs for quality, usability, accuracy, and realism.
Review creative outputs against professional design standards and established project criteria.
Provide detailed annotations, ratings, and constructive feedback on AI-generated content.
Document observations and recommend improvements to creative workflows and tool usage.
Assess elements such as composition, typography, layout, visual hierarchy, motion, editing, and overall user experience.
Follow project guidelines and deliver high-quality work within agreed timelines.
