micro1 seeks a Creative & Design Specialist to support a customer project with graphic design, multimedia production, UI/UX, and motion graphics. You will evaluate AI-generated outputs and provide high-quality human feedback for AI training, with prior paid experience in human-data work required.

Remote worldwide, flexible schedule, contractor role; proficiency in Figma, Canva, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, and other tools is essential for timely delivery.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of professional experience in graphic design, video editing, motion graphics, UI/UX, or related creative fields.
• Proficiency with major design tools including Figma, Canva, Adobe After Effects, DaVinci Resolve.
• Verified paid experience in AI human-data work, including data labeling and content evaluation.
• Strong written and verbal English (B2 level or above).
• Ability to work remotely and meet deadlines.

Responsabilités

• Complete structured creative tasks using listed tools and workflows.
• Evaluate AI-generated designs for quality, usability, accuracy, and realism.
• Provide detailed annotations, ratings, and constructive feedback on AI content.
• Document observations and recommend improvements to creative workflows and tool usage.
• Assess composition, typography, layout, and user experience.
• Follow project guidelines and deliver high-quality work within timelines.
