Roboyo AI is expanding its Automation Engineer role to help deliver intelligent automation initiatives for clients. You will support project workstreams, contribute to design, and assist in successful delivery while collaborating with project teams and business users.

Strong communication and proactive problem solving are essential as you interact with clients and teammates. Required 2–3 years in UiPath automation, solid Git experience, and fluent English and German.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in automation leveraging UiPath.
• Experience using Git or other version control systems with solid source control practices.
• Knowledgeable in consulting, such as strategy, transformation, digitization, or technology.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with strategic mindset.
• Excellent English and German communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships.
• Independent, proactive, and self-driven – take initiative.

Responsibilities

• Support project workstreams, help manage scope, timelines, and deliverables under senior guidance.
• Analyze data and prepare recommendations for clients.
• Create and maintain basic project and solution documentation (process flows, specs, procedures).
• Collaborate with automation team to deliver client-focused solutions.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices, growing consulting skills.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients.
