Job summary

IQVIA is seeking a Site Activation Specialist to perform feasibility, site activation and maintenance activities at country/region levels, ensuring adherence to regulations and SOPs while collaborating with the Site Activation Manager and cross-functional teams.

The role requires a Life science degree and at least 2 years in a clinical research environment, with fluency in Dutch and French to support sites in both languages. This home-based position is based in Belgium.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Life sciences or related field is required.
• At least 2 years' experience in a clinical research environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform feasibility, site activation and some maintenance activities for investigative sites in accordance with regulations, SOPs, and project requirements.
• Review documents for completeness, consistency and accuracy under guidance of senior staff.
• Prepare site documents and inform team members of completion of regulatory and other documents for individual sites.
• Support updating and maintenance of internal systems, databases, and project plans with accurate information.
• Review and track progress and approvals of regulatory, ethics, IP release and other documents.
