Job summary

CrazyGames is seeking a Senior LiveOps Developer for mobile titles. You will own live systems, events, progression, offers and remote config across published games. You will steer data-driven decisions, balancing ARPDAU and retention while shipping updates for existing titles.

You will work hands-on within live codebases, coordinating with Publishing to align on roadmaps and cadence, and ensuring scalable operations for multiple titles.

Qualifications

• 2+ years running LiveOps on shipped mobile titles.
• Experience through mobile soft launch and global launch.
• 3+ years of professional game development with shipped titles; hands-on.
• Fluent in English; strong communication in a global team.

Responsibilities

• Analyze retention, ARPDAU, session length, and conversions to decide what to build next.
• Ship seasonal events, content drops or offers across web and mobile.
• Build and maintain live systems: event framework, remote config, progression, economy tuning.
• Read unfamiliar codebases and plan how features slot into existing live titles.
• Collaborate with Publishing on LiveOps roadmap and cross-title priorities.
• Maintain clean Git history and document updates for easier future releases.
