Qualifications
- 7+ years building and operating production systems.
- Proven ability to lead engineering teams and deliver complex software.
- Strong fundamentals in design, reviews, and incident resolution.
- Experience with distributed systems and API design.
- Comfort with cloud environments and modern observability practices.
Responsibilities
- Own engineering outcomes end-to-end from discovery to deployment.
- Lead a product engineering team and drive technical quality and delivery.
- Mentor engineers and foster a high-trust, collaborative culture.
- Partner with PMs and Designers to translate requirements into robust solutions.
- Champion AI-assisted engineering with guardrails and measurable value.
