Cancer Patients Europe seeks a Project Finance Officer in Brussels to manage EU-funded project finances and reporting. You will work closely with the Administration Officer, Project Officer, and HR, with reporting to the COO and opportunities to travel as needed.

The role requires experience in EU-funded projects, strong budgeting and reporting skills, and a hands-on, detail-oriented approach in a non-profit setting.

Qualifications

• BA/MA in Finance or Administration; non-profit management experience preferred.
• Ability to plan workload, meet tight deadlines and manage budgets.
• Strong data analysis, numerical accuracy and confidentiality.

Responsabilités

• Handle budgeting, financial control and periodic reporting for EU-funded projects.
• Maintain project financial overviews, timesheets and expenditure tracking.
• Prepare financial reports for sponsors and audits.
• Assist in annual project budgets and resource allocation.
• Collaborate with Administration Officer, Project Officer and HR, reporting to the COO.
