CIVIC in Brussels is seeking a Senior Grant Manager to ensure donor-funded projects comply with regulations, are implemented effectively, and reported accurately. You will coordinate donor compliance, reporting, audits, and proposal support across program, finance, and development teams. Travel up to 35% and hybrid work are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor and/or Master-level education in relevant field.
• 7+ years in grants management/donor compliance in international NGO settings.
• Experience with multi-stakeholder consortium proposals and grant processes.
• Familiarity with humanitarian/protection programming, civilian-focused.
• Experience with EU ECHO and FPI funding is required.

Responsabilités

• Ensure full compliance with donor rules and regulations across CIVIC.
• Lead donor reporting, including narrative and financial reports, on a timely basis.
• Support development of concept notes, proposals, and budget narratives.
• Coordinate program cycle activities from design through closeout.
• Monitor grant expenditures and ensure alignment with budgets.
