Thermo Fisher Scientific is seeking a Portfolio Manager, Central Laboratory to lead cross-functional projects, overseeing complex central laboratory studies. You will drive client satisfaction, manage deliverables, and coordinate with stakeholders across multiple teams.

In this role, you will mentor PMs, govern risk and finances, and ensure timely delivery for strategic accounts in a global, fast-paced environment. Join a team delivering high-impact clinical research initiatives.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent; 8+ years of related experience or equivalent mix of education and work experience.
Experience providing portfolio-level oversight for central laboratory studies.
Strong client relationship management and stakeholder engagement skills.

Responsabilités

Accountable for overall portfolio management, deliverables and client satisfaction.
Oversee client portfolio for high-value studies and coordinate internal/external teams.
Negotiate decisions with the client and ensure requirements are understood and followed.
Facilitate the flow of technical information to stakeholders.
Mentor Program Managers and align processes across departments and sites.
Drive governance meetings, identify risks, and manage portfolio timelines.
