A leading telecoms client is seeking a Freelance PHP Developer for a long-term project. You will handle incident management, manage Jira tickets, and support multiple stakeholders to identify and resolve issues quickly while keeping systems stable.

The role requires two days per week onsite in Brussels, with the rest remote, and English language fluency is needed to communicate with global teams. Experience in reviewing platform health and ensuring compliance with local regulations is a plus.

• Experience with PHP development on enterprise platforms.
• Experience handling incident management and ticketing (Jira).
