White Light Digital Marketing is seeking a Link Building Manager to own our off-page SEO and lead a team of freelance link builders across multiple client accounts, including iGaming niches.

You will set monthly targets, ensure quality, monitor KPIs, and improve link-building processes while collaborating with the SEO and Content teams.

This senior role offers fully remote work, flexible hours, and opportunities for growth into leadership positions within a fast-paced agency.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years leading a link-building or off-page SEO team.
• Strong understanding of backlink strategy and risk management.
• Experience managing remote SEO teams.
• Proficiency with Ahrefs, SEMrush, GSC and Screaming Frog.
• Excellent written English and communication skills.
• Ability to set targets, monitor KPIs, and coach performance.

Responsabilités

• Lead and scale a team of freelance link builders.
• Own the link-building strategy across client accounts.
• Ensure quality control over anchor text and link velocity.
• Monitor monthly targets, KPIs, and performance reviews.
• Collaborate with SEO and Content teams to align goals.
