EWOR GmbH is seeking exceptional operators and builders to join a new department. You will lead and execute 0-to-1 initiatives in cutting-edge domains such as Supply Chain, translating strategy into concrete roadmaps and taking end-to-end ownership from prototype to production.

You will work with an elite team in a high-growth setting, with autonomy and equity upside as you position the department for rapid growth and potential spin-off opportunities.

Qualifications

• Based in Europe or the Americas (or open to relocate/remote)
• High-agency builder mindset with drive to own end-to-end initiatives
• Excellent English communication (verbal and written)
